When is TapRun coming?
TapRun is in testing and not in the stores yet. We will name a date only once it is certain. If you would like a single email at launch, write to hallo@e12.media.
What does TapRun cost?
There will be a free version. We will announce prices and scope at release. TapRun does not require a subscription.
Which devices?
TapRun is planned for iPhone and Android smartphones. Android 10 or newer.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no profile.
Does TapRun work offline?
Yes, if you downloaded the map for your route beforehand. The route search itself needs a connection.
Where does TapRun work?
We start with Germany. More regions are in progress; there is no date yet.
How closely does the length match?
For each suggestion you see the calculated length. TapRun checks every route against your request and labels suggestions that deviate more.
Does “flat” or “firm surfaces” guarantee exactly that?
No. Preferences steer the selection but exclude nothing. You choose from the suggestions.
Can I compare myself with others or share runs?
No, and that is deliberate. TapRun has no feed, no leaderboards and no public heatmap.
Who is behind it?
TapRun is a product of e12.media, an independent product studio run by Waldemar Friesen.
How do I report a problem?
Write to support@e12.media, ideally with your device, app version and a short description. Please report security issues as described on the security page.
